Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Nature of Services

School of AI provides digital educational content, mentorship, and access to a Content Management System (CMS). Due to the digital nature of these services and our discounted pricing structure, users are advised to review course details thoroughly before making a payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

Finality of Payment: All payments made toward course fees or mentorship programs are final and non-refundable.
Dissatisfaction: Refunds will not be granted based on dissatisfaction with course content, performance, or subjective results.
Technical Issues: In the event of a "Broken Transaction" (where money is debited from your account but the enrollment is not confirmed), the amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway to your original payment method within 5–7 working days as per RBI guidelines.

3. Cancellation Policy

User-Initiated Cancellation: You may stop attending the course or using the CMS at any time; however, such cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any portion of the paid fees.
Company-Initiated Rescheduling: If Zgrow Solutions/School of AI misses or cancels a scheduled live session due to oversight, the session will be compensated on an alternative date. No refund will be provided for rescheduled sessions.
Force Majeure: Delays or failures caused by technical outages, platform downtime, or natural disasters are not eligible for refunds.

4. Payment Gateway & Processing

Third-Party Processing: All transactions are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. Zgrow Solutions is not responsible for any additional transaction fees or bank charges incurred during the payment or refund process.
Refund Timelines: Approved refunds (strictly for duplicate or failed transactions) are typically processed back to the original source (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking).
Force Majeure: Delays or failures caused by technical outages, platform downtime, or natural disasters are not eligible for refunds.

5. Duplicate Payments

In case of a duplicate payment due to a technical error, please notify us within 48 hours at support@schoolofai.io with proof of both transactions. Once verified, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
